First Steps: Service Coordinator
Unit II Lesson 1: Service matrix
We will now review the process for searching the provider service matrix, which is available on DESE’s Division of Special Education’s web site.
The provider service matrix is an easy to use database that helps families select the members of their First Steps’ eligibility team. Families can search the matrix for each team member by county, zip code, provider availability and closed accounts. For the matix search options click here. You can go to the home page of the matrix by clicking here.
